CANCELLED – FIREWORKS are still on !

The 105th Cannon Valley Fair is set for July 1 – 4, 2020.  The fair’s 2020 schedule will be posted on their website in late Spring or early May 2020.  This event is 4 days of jam-packed fun with horse shows, bands, carnival, demo derby, tractor pull, and harness racing.  Gold Star Amusements will be on the Midway during the Fair. Don’t forget the great assortment of food and treats too.

Unlimited Ride Wristbands good for one time slot 1 pm – 5 pm or 5 pm – 10 pm,  Good for one day only – $22 per day per person per time slot.  Advance Sale Price is $17 per day per person per time slot.  Advance tickets are available at Althoff Hardware & Gifts starting in May, 2020.

On Thursday, August 27th, the Chamber will be holding an “OPEN-AIR” FAIR from 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm in downtown Cannon Falls. Chamber Members and Non-Chamber Member Vendors can have a table or display in front of their stores/offices on Main St, 4th St, and Mill St.  There will be plenty of spaces available for Chamber Members and Non-Chamber Vendors who are not located in Downtown Cannon Falls.  Everyone is invited to participate in this fun outing!

Having a booth space is FREE, but you do need to register with the Chamber to secure a location. The registration form  and ST-19 form are both on the Events Page on the Chamber’s webpage at  Registration Deadline is Monday, August 17th. You can also reach the Chamber at 507-263-2289 or email to have a registration form, rules and regulations, and ST-19 form emailed out to you.

Your booth can be about shopping or sharing information about your Cannon Falls Area businesses, services and organizations.  So far, the products include:

CANCELLED – 2020 Deck the Falls – Parade, Lighting the Tree and FIREWORKS! @ Historical Cannon Falls

CANCELLED – the parade, lighting the tree and the fireworks are all cancelled. Wait to see what we have planned for the Holiday Season!

You and your family are invited to kick off the holidays with the sights, sounds and tastes of the season in beautiful, historic Cannon Falls.  Santa will be in the parade!

The Deck the Falls Parade will begin at 5 pm and go along 4th Street to Mill Street, and then turn into the City Parking Lot.  The Lighting of the Tree will follow the parade.  The Holiday Tree is located between the Cannon River and John Burch Park along State Hwy 19.

Don’t leave yet! The fireworks will start right after the Lighting of the Tree.  This was a beautiful experience last year, so come and enjoy again this year!
